Meticulous work. Doug and his crew are extremely professional and very thorough. Doug is on-time and on-site when he says he will be there. I saw his work prior to hiring him (neighbor 1 block over) and I knew he was our roofer. Best decision ever. We highly recommend Orlando Roof Tech 100%. March 27, 2026 - Windermere, FL

We recently had a tile roof replacement done by Doug and team. Doug had our best interests at heart from the beginning. Provided other options for consideration besides roof replacement which we appreciated. Provided detailed explanation of the process including that he would be on-site. Pricing was very fair. His team is extremely detailed oriented and delivered what was promised and more. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing roof work. Thank you for your attention to detail and most of all tbe integrity shown by you and your team.

Doug was on site and prompt in addressing all our needs, even taking time while on vacation to help with urgent matters. He walked us through the process and delivered exactly as promised, earlier than expected and within budget. We are receiving several compliments on how great the new roof looks. Highly recommend for anyone needing honest opinions with competitive pricing and quality work.

Yes. Orlando Roof Tech can inspect commercial roof issues and provide repair guidance for leaks, storm damage, flashing problems, drainage concerns, worn roof areas, and other roofing issues affecting the building.

It depends on the roof’s age, material condition, leak history, drainage, and how widespread the damage is. Some commercial roof issues can be repaired, while others may point to a larger roof system problem. An inspection helps determine the best next step.

Repeated leaks can happen when the visible leak is not the real source, when water is traveling from another area, or when seams, flashing, penetrations, or drainage problems continue to fail. Commercial roof leaks should be inspected carefully before guessing at repairs.

Standing water can become a problem if it remains on the roof too long or keeps appearing in the same area. Ponding water may point to drainage issues, low spots, roof wear, or areas that need closer evaluation.

Yes. A roof inspection can help buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, or property managers understand visible roof concerns before making a major property decision.

Yes. Orlando Roof Tech can inspect the commercial roof, document visible damage, and explain what roofing issues may need to be addressed after a storm or insurance inspection.

That depends on the scope of work and the condition of the roof. Before work begins, the scope should be clear so the property owner or manager understands what to expect and can plan around the project.

Commercial roofs should be checked when there are leaks, storm concerns, drainage issues, visible wear, or property transaction needs. Regular inspections can also help catch small issues before they turn into expensive building problems.
