Meticulous work. Doug and his crew are extremely professional and very thorough. Doug is on-time and on-site when he says he will be there. I saw his work prior to hiring him (neighbor 1 block over) and I knew he was our roofer. Best decision ever. We highly recommend Orlando Roof Tech 100%. March 27, 2026 - Windermere, FL

We recently had a tile roof replacement done by Doug and team. Doug had our best interests at heart from the beginning. Provided other options for consideration besides roof replacement which we appreciated. Provided detailed explanation of the process including that he would be on-site. Pricing was very fair. His team is extremely detailed oriented and delivered what was promised and more. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing roof work. Thank you for your attention to detail and most of all tbe integrity shown by you and your team.

Doug was on site and prompt in addressing all our needs, even taking time while on vacation to help with urgent matters. He walked us through the process and delivered exactly as promised, earlier than expected and within budget. We are receiving several compliments on how great the new roof looks. Highly recommend for anyone needing honest opinions with competitive pricing and quality work.

It depends on the roof’s age, condition, leak history, and how widespread the damage is. Some roof problems can be repaired, while others may point to a larger roof system issue. Orlando Roof Tech can inspect the roof and explain the best next step.

Sometimes, yes. If the leak is coming from a specific damaged area and the rest of the roof is in good condition, a targeted repair may make sense. If the roof is older or the damage is widespread, replacement may be the better long-term option.

Common signs include ceiling stains, active leaks, missing shingles, cracked tiles, damaged flashing, soft spots, sagging areas, storm damage, or roof issues noted during an inspection.

Yes. Storm damage does not always create an immediate visible leak. Wind, debris, or heavy rain can loosen materials, damage flashing, or create weak spots that become worse later.

Roof leaks can come from areas that are hard to see, including flashing, valleys, vents, penetrations, underlayment, roof edges, or small damaged sections. A proper inspection helps identify the likely source.

Yes. Missing shingles, lifted shingles, cracked tiles, or displaced roof materials can expose the system underneath and allow moisture into the roof. Even small visible issues should be checked before they spread.

Yes. Orlando Roof Tech can inspect the roof, document visible damage, and explain what roofing issues may need to be addressed after a storm or insurance inspection.

It depends on the roof’s condition, inspection results, age, and whether there are visible defects or active leaks. A roof inspection can help you decide whether repair, replacement, or documentation makes the most sense before listing the home.
